HumiSeal® Stripper 1063 is a non-acidic, non-destructive stripping solution designed to dissolve cured HumiSeal® polyurethane conformal coatings without damaging printed wiring board substrates or electronic components. Application Process

• Immerse assembly completely into HumiSeal® Stripper 1063
• Allow approximately 60 minutes soaking time
• Brush away loosened coating material
• Clean assembly using IPA, DI water, or approved cleaning solution
• Inspect assembly to confirm complete coating removal
• Repeat process if coating remains
• Bake assembly for minimum 30 minutes at 60-65°C after final cleaning

• Fully cured polyurethane coatings typically dissolve within 60 minutes
• No external heating is required during use
• Optional heating to 40-45°C can improve stripping efficiency
• Final drying bake removes residual moisture after cleaning
