Information
HumiSeal® UV40
Overview
HumiSeal® UV40 UV Curable Conformal Coating is a single-component, high-solids, UV-curable acrylated polyurethane conformal coating designed to provide excellent protection for electronic assemblies operating in demanding environments. The coating offers outstanding chemical resistance, moisture protection, flexibility, and surface hardness while allowing rapid curing using UV light systems.
UV40 incorporates a secondary moisture cure mechanism, allowing unexposed shadow areas to fully cure within 2-3 days under ambient conditions. The coating fluoresces under UV inspection lighting, enabling reliable quality control during aerospace and electronics manufacturing processes.
