Overview
HumiSeal® 1A33 is a single-component polyurethane conformal coating designed for general printed circuit board (PCB) protection applications. The coating provides a durable protective barrier against moisture, salt, corrosive environments, and contamination while maintaining excellent electrical insulation performance. It is UV fluorescent for easy inspection and repair, making it suitable for aerospace, electronics, and high-reliability applications.

Application Methods
- Dipping: Reduce viscosity with HumiSeal® Thinner 503 if required. Recommended immersion and withdrawal rate: 5-15 cm/min.
- Spraying: Use conventional spray equipment with adequate ventilation. Recommended thinner: HumiSeal® Thinner 521 / 521EU.
- Spray Mixing Ratio: Approximately 4:1 by volume (HumiSeal® 1A33 : HumiSeal® Thinner 521/521EU), adjustable depending on equipment and technique.
- Brushing: Suitable for manual application where coating uniformity is controlled by operator technique.

- Dipping / Brushing: HumiSeal® Thinner 503
- Spraying: HumiSeal® Thinner 521, 521EU, or 600
- Recommended Stripper: HumiSeal® Stripper 1063
