Information
Naftoseal MC238B is an aviation-grade sealant formulated for demanding use on fuelwet aircraft structures. It cures via manganese dioxide (or similar) cross-linking to produce a durable, flexible joint that resists aviation fuels, hydraulic fluids, and environmental aging. It adheres well to typical aircraft materials, aluminium, titanium, stainless steel, composite, and maintains its performance over wide temperature ranges. Its thixotropic consistency makes it easy to apply via extrusion gun, and once cured, it resists cracking, disbonding, and fuel permeation. Aircraft engineers rely on it to maintain the fuel integrity of integral tank structures and fuselage assemblies where leak-tight sealing is critical.
