PRIMER Isomap P23
Overview
Isomap P23 is a three-component polyurethane primer containing strontium chromate, designed for the protection of aircraft interior and exterior structures. It provides corrosion protection and is suitable for use beneath approved aircraft finishing systems.

Mixing & Application
- Mixing Ratio by Weight: Base 100 / Hardener 38 / Thinner 40 to 60
- Mixing Ratio by Volume: Base 2 V / Hardener 1 V / Thinner 1.2 V to 1.8 V
- Store unmixed components between 18°C and 25°C for 24 hours before use
- Mix base and hardener until homogeneous, then add thinner
- Application temperature: 15°C to 35°C
- Recommended filtration: 80 µm filter
