    Overview

    Aerobase® is a low-VOC, three-component polyurethane basecoat developed for commercial aircraft exterior decoration systems. Used as part of the Aerobase® / Aviox Clearcoat UVR system, it delivers excellent opacity in a single coat for most colours while providing outstanding gloss retention, weather resistance and chemical durability. Designed to reduce process times and film weight, Aerobase® meets major OEM aerospace specifications and is suitable for both aircraft production and MRO repainting programmes.
