Overview
TOPCOAT A1000 is a three-component flexible polyurethane aircraft topcoat developed for exterior aircraft finishing. It provides excellent chemical resistance, UV durability and long-term decorative protection for aircraft surfaces. The coating is qualified to Airbus requirements and is suitable for OEM production and MRO repainting applications.

Surface Preparation
- Apply over approved anticorrosion primer
- Sand primer using orbital sander with grade 240-400 abrasive
- Remove all sanding dust
- Clean substrate using lint-free cloth dampened with isopropyl alcohol
- Ensure surface is dry and contamination free before coating
Mixing & Application
- Spray Mixing Ratio (Volume):
- Base: 1 V
- Hardener: 1 V
- Thinner: 0 V to 1 V
- Brush Mixing Ratio (Volume): Base 2 V / Hardener 1 V
- Recommended storage before mixing: 18°C to 25°C for 24 hours
- Mix base for 10 minutes before adding hardener
- Application Temperature: 15°C to 35°C
- Recommended filter: 80-150 µm
