Information
This product from ROCOL is a high load dry film paste based on molybdenum disulphide, intended for use in aerospace, defence and heavy engineering environments. Its ability to operate from −50?°C to +450?°C (−58?°F to +842?°F) and to resist loads up to 7?000?kg/cm² makes it especially relevant where a conventional oil/grease film is unacceptable due to contamination risk, high temperature or vacuum/clean room requirements. In aircraft MRO, it is used during assembly and start?up phases of components that will then operate under extreme loads, or when surfaces slide or rotate under high load without opportunity for continued wet lubrication. It is also used to extend life of components by reducing wear and friction in harsh environments.
