Overview
CleanSafe™ 787C is a high-performance aerospace-approved aqueous cleaner developed by Vantage Specialties for spray-in-air, immersion and ultrasonic cleaning systems. Designed to remove difficult industrial soils including corrosion inhibiting compounds (CICs), hydraulic fluids, lubricants, metalworking fluids and drawing oils, it provides excellent cleaning performance while remaining safe for a wide range of aerospace metals and composites. Its low VOC, non-foaming and phosphate-free formulation makes it an environmentally responsible alternative to traditional aqueous cleaners.

- Use 3-10% concentration for spray washers and increase concentration only when contamination levels require it
- Maintain operating temperatures between 38°C and 82°C for optimum cleaning efficiency
- Monitor bath concentration regularly using titration, refractive index or conductivity to maximise bath life
- Use ultrasonic cleaning for complex components where contamination is trapped in small passages
- Protect unopened product from freezing and rotate stock using first-in, first-out inventory practices
