DP410 is a high performance, two part epoxy adhesive optimised for rapid cure and structural durability. Supplied in a 400?mL duo?pak cartridge (≈?13.5?fl?oz), it uses a convenient 2:1 mix ratio by volume and delivers a low flow formulation that helps control application and reduces mess. When mixed, it cures rapidly even at room temperature, applying mild heat can accelerate the cure further, helping to shorten fixture times in production settings. Once fully cured it sustains load bearing joints under vibration, thermal cycling, and environmental stress. Its elevated temperature and environmental resistance make it especially suited for aerospace structural assemblies where both speed and joint resilience are critical. The large volume cartridge supports high throughput use, reducing downtime for maintenance or manufacturing lines.
