Solvay BR® 6747-1/20% (1-US Pint-Ctnr) is an advanced corrosion-inhibiting primer designed for structural adhesive bonding in aerospace and industrial applications. This one-part, chromate-based, modified epoxy primer is 100% water-based and zero VOC, meeting and exceeding all federal and state emission regulations. BR® 6747-1 delivers the same exceptional mechanical strength and corrosion resistance as traditional solvent-based systems, while providing a safer, eco-friendly alternative.
It is fully compatible with 250°F – 350°F (121°C – 177°C) curing adhesive systems and offers outstanding performance for demanding environments where corrosion protection and bond durability are critical.
