Application & Curing
- Preparation: Homogenize BONDERITE L?GP D 148A ACHESON before use
- Mixing: Add BONDERITE S?OT AH 1 ACHESON while stirring to full homogeneity
- Application: Adjust viscosity with suitable thinner (ethyl acetate, MEK, MIBK) for spray application; do not use alcohol thinners
- Curing: Approx. 24?hours at room temperature
- Heat Cure (Optional):
- After 1?hour air dry, cure 2?hours @ 60? C
- Cure 1?hour @ 150? C
- Cure 30?minutes @ 180? C
