/ Sales – Back Office Supervisor
Reporting to: Sales Supervisor
Job type: Full time (8:30am to 5:00pm), Monday to Friday
(additional hours may also be required on both weekday and weekends)
Job Purpose:
Reporting to the Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible to support the sales function and provide aftersales customer service.
Nature and Scope:
- Managing the Back Office Team
- Training
- Processing and acknowledgment of orders
- Managing open order reports
- Customer liaison
- Providing after sales support to the customers
- Facilitate AI integration in order processing
Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with other departments
- Providing admin support to the sales team
- Managing order acknowledgments
- Assist the sales supervisor on various issues and projects when required
- Providing robust training to the team
- Spearheading the transition into customer aftersales support function
Competencies and Key Skills:
- Experience of managing teams
- Intermediate – advanced Excel and IT skills
- Highly dynamic and energetic
- Open to working in a highly dynamic and changing work environment
- Proven track record of working in a similar environment
- Looking forward to continuous learning on the job
- Ideally a degree holder
- Looking for a long-term role
- Highly focused and maintaining accuracy in extreme pressure situations
- Strong mathematical, analytical and problem-solving skills and offering out-of-the-box solutions
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
- Advanced planning and project management skills required
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
