Job Description

Reporting to: Sales Supervisor

Job type: Full time (8:30am to 5:00pm), Monday to Friday
(additional hours may also be required on both weekday and weekends)

Job Purpose:

Reporting to the Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible to support the sales function and provide aftersales customer service.

Nature and Scope:

  • Managing the Back Office Team
  • Training
  • Processing and acknowledgment of orders
  • Managing open order reports
  • Customer liaison
  • Providing after sales support to the customers
  • Facilitate AI integration in order processing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with other departments
  • Providing admin support to the sales team
  • Managing order acknowledgments
  • Assist the sales supervisor on various issues and projects when required
  • Providing robust training to the team
  • Spearheading the transition into customer aftersales support function

Competencies and Key Skills:

  • Experience of managing teams
  • Intermediate – advanced Excel and IT skills
  • Highly dynamic and energetic
  • Open to working in a highly dynamic and changing work environment
  • Proven track record of working in a similar environment
  • Looking forward to continuous learning on the job
  • Ideally a degree holder
  • Looking for a long-term role
  • Highly focused and maintaining accuracy in extreme pressure situations
  • Strong mathematical, analytical and problem-solving skills and offering out-of-the-box solutions
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Advanced planning and project management skills required
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
